How to stop Account Fraud.

Yes I know that usually it's the neglagence of the player that gets there account taken away from them, by just throwing out there pass to whoever.


Reasons you get your account stolen (Most commonly referred to as "hacked")

• Giving away account info for any reason (ZP, Win Crates for You, Level your account up, Up to recently Hacking (Keyloggers).

Let's your account was "stolen" from a less serious manner (Unlike hacking of course...)

Now here is where the suggestion comes to play:

What If "ALL" account's were disabled till they completed a Survey right here on the site if the difference in IP was noticed?

• Like how facebook makes you do a verification if it's you or not.

Common choices of identification like (Those with red * don't require ALL past info:

• Date of Birth
• Year Account was created
• Last known Passwords and IGN's *
• Past Clans *
• Some People on your Friends List
• If ZP was purchased Transaction Numbers or Method it was Paid for.

I think this would stop alot of the threads made about "Account Hacked" or Spamming/Flaming Support Tickets roflmao.

If all or "some" of this info is provided your account password is reset and a generic password such as 4H379 is given to you.

Common Questions Expected:

• Well what if the guy has all that info on me?!

Well you just picked the wrong person to know huh?

• What If I don't remember?!

Common Sense and ZP Transactions will remember for you.

• What If I never bought ZP?!

Well you'll just have to figure out how to remember the other methods huh? (Or better yet the automated survey should know if you've bought zp or not )
