Is Support so slow?

It's normal that the support takes about 3 weeks to check a ticket and respond at it?
3 weeks have passed from when i opened a ticket on an Awm red Dragon Bug and still no answer .-.
is always like this? ._.

the last time i send a ticket, they replied whithin 30 mins max

Mine usualy takes anywhere from 2-5 days. If it's been weeks then I suggest u resend it.

Resend now, so theres 2 replays waiting for this weekend and be seen on Monday. They always slow so don't worry just be patient.
