Do you guys use mods for CF?

Hello, I'm just a little curious if any of you guys any mods for CF by mods I don't mean they give you a edge in game. The type of mods I use are kill mark mods,(you get a different kill mark instead of the original ones) counter strike sounds(everytime you get a double kill,knife etc counter strike sounds say it instead of the original guy) and a custom login screen.
