How add character in-game to my account z8games ?

Hi there!

I played on crossfire for now 2-3 years un der the account "Shooter40".
2 weeks ago, i created an account z8 games (name "StarScream40") in order to buy some items with zp point in mall and transfer it to my account in game. I bought about 3300 zp with MOPAY phone sms on my z8games account StarScream40.
The problem is I CANT BUY SOMETHING BECAUSE I HAVE NO CHARACTER IN GAME RELATED TO MY ACCOUNT Z8 GAMES.

I dont know how to link my 2 accounts (the one in-game with whom i play since 2 years AND the one in z8 games where i bought 3300 zp)

Plz help me and thank you for your attention

PS: Even for USP,i "liked" crossfire on my facebook page but i can't get the reedem code for USP pistol cause of this "no character in game related to my account"

    if u had an account why would u need to create another to buy zp anyway?something doesnt sound right.matter of fact none of it makes any sence.send support ticket

    So u mean that you don't have to create another account z8 games in order to deliver zp points? and that my old account is registered as a Z8 account?? !

    EDIT: Yup, it worked... i thought that u must create ANOTHER account z8games ID ...

    EDIT2: So how can i take back my money (=zp points) in the newly created account which has nothing to do with my account in game?? or even transfer those zp points into my old account?
    CAN I OFFER ZP POINTS AS A GIFT FROM MY NEWLY AND USELESS ACCOUNT TO MY REAL ACCOUNT ?

    not sure.best thing would be to send a support ticket off and explain the situation.they wont discuss accounts on forums. good luck hope they can help.

    Sorry, you can't transfer GP or ZP from account to account. Just do the offer again, or send a Support Ticket here: http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx?gid=

    Sorry to send A SECOND ticket to support but i've found the reason why i couldnt have my chracter in game.

    In a nutshell, i played crossfire for a lonnnggg time under the name "Shooter40" (only 1 account in game ^^) and never went to forum or z8 games account. Recently, i thought of buying zp.
    THE PROBLEM IS: i thought we had to make a different account from our original one and i created this one "StarScream40". I put in this new account 3300 zp with MOPAY sms. BUT I CANT BUY ITEMS IN MALL FOR MY CHARACTER IN GAME SHOOTER40.

    Can you plz transfer my 3300 zp i bought without thinking to it from my account "StarScream40" to my real account that ive never knew it existed "Shooter40"?

    If you need something else like my email adress or a mail/ticket from my old account "Shooter40", plz tell me what to do.
    PS: i am able to go back in my account z8 games "Shooter40" but not to transfer my wasted zp in the newly account.
