Crossfire Replays.
Many people have also agreed with me when I've spoken about this issue.
1. Format of the replays: You could change the format of these to .avi. The current format .cfr, some people don't know how to view the replays, not only that but when wanting to make montages, we then have to record off replays which is a lot more effort, the quality kinda sucks too. -.-'
2. Kill marks: Well, it'll look a lot better in montages & It'll just look better in general. Most of the reason people save replays are to make montages with or to report hackers. The more people who see better looking montages, the more players, & the more publicity for cf right?
3. Sound effects: 'Boom headshot, double kill' Also making replays look better. Basically just make the replays as if it's actual ingame footage. I don't think it should be that difficult a task, but it'll certainly be a huge improvement.

The AVI won't happen. Since CFR format isn't properly a video, but rather a pack of information, wich reconstitutes the game. This is why there is so much aim difference in replays (you could aim perfectly at the head while playing, but it shows up as a bodyshot in a replay). Making it AVI would make two problems:
- First, video files are way larger. You noticed how small replays are? Videos might take up to 32+ MB, wich is the limit for uploading reports to Z8.
- CFR is just information. Thus it is hard/impossible to fake. While if you want to hackusate someone, you take the AVI, modify it, and here you go, you made someone look like he's using an aimbot.
I can't say much about killmarks nor sounds though. -

Ur right...agreed BUT u forgot something...or its just like that for me.

Do u know how much system capacity would be eaten up by streaming a video at the background of your gameplay ? Have u ever tried using FRAPS or something to record your gameplay ? YOur fps gets reall low.
Since this : it would be nice to add sounds, and kill badges to it. so we dont have to record
