Wrong ESN Codes given on PlaySpan?

I bought 20 000 ZP on PlaySpan, and instead of 20 k ZP, i got 40 K GP. I've sent in a support ticket, but has anyone else encountered this problem?

well i bought 40k gp once and i got 20k zp no lies :P i won the awm RD thx to that so ty z8! lol

i also tried the playspan support but they didn't gave any answer

Maybe its a good thing I am having an issue on playspan to purchase with paypal or credit card...I would not encounter this additional issue.
