Played one game today...
And I instantly remembered why I bought an Xbox.
Seriously. I played one game of Alaska, get called a hacker by 4 separate people for pulling a 4 to 1. (at least what I gathered from the Brs) A hacker on their team using speed hack and they refused to kick him because he had a Br club card.
It's really sad this game was taken over by such a community... It's a really fun, really great game. But not worth the headache. Going back to Reach, since I refuse to play CoD, at least Halo takes more skill.

Well what are we to do when the community prevents us from enjoying a game? It really sucks it came to this. I enjoyed playing until the game size went over 4 people. -
I don't see it preventing everyone from playing. It has been stated that you are unhappy playing this game. No one is forcing you to be here correct? I get called a hacker by them in a game, so what? I get kicked from a public game by them, so what? Try Echo 8 out. More often then not, the games around there are more enjoyable.

lol the brazilians are bad. and z8 invites them to come here and lag and hack and kick anyone who's good and isn't BR. Was just playing GM in the first 30 seconds I join killed one ghost with a HS, they all start screaming aimbot and I get kicked. Not the first time either. So many people complain about the BR's because they are a problem whether or not Z8 chooses to accept it.

It's not preventing everyone from playing obviously, because the brs are still everywhere. -
Ignoring a problem doesn't make it go away.
Does addressing it here and making more people complain about the problem make it go away? It's been stated they are not being taken out of the game. So what good does it do forcing the issue? You can take measures to separate yourself from them if that's what you feel you have to do. Grab some people from the forum, make a room, put a password on it and enjoy a nice game. Most Forumer Rooms are composed of people that won't kick you at first sight. Make the best with what we have. That's all we can do. -

I was kicked for playing on adrenaline/instincts and nearly clutching the game by a *noob* that watched me play and it was obvious i dont wall or aim; i just found the best sitting posture for me to aim better. Funny thing is, the ace on gr was (probably) the real hacker. checked his overall score and it was around 1400-1600 and look what he got in game. -

Same here. This community (both in-game and on the forums) just sucks. Other fps games I played are Rainbow 6: Rogue Spear, Halo:CE, Halo 2 Vista, Far Cry 2 and Quake Live. None of them have so many whiners and kids with big egos and little skill as much as this game has. Not to mention the kicking, glitching and hacking.
I've played games in Quake Live where I got trashed (I lost duels with a score of 40 - (-2)) and no one bothers to explain to me how much I suck or that I should quit and get a live. And I've gotten amazing frags in Quake Live and no one called me hack.er or waller. And don't tell me Quake isn't a real FPS game.
Why is it that when I once played one of my first 1vs1 TDM games on ship and I lost (I didn't get owned or lose by a big margin) did the other player have to put the effort to tell me how much I'm a noob and how much I suck? Ego boost maybe? ROFL
Or that every time I get some headshots and/or react very fast I get called waller?
Another example: I have "see through smoke helmet" (zp item) which I won from crates. I saw a kid with a big ego hide behind a wall through the smoke. I hunt him down and frag him. He starts screaming waller and telling him HOW MUCH I SUCK even with wall hack because my kdr was slightly lower than 1 and that I don't have a life. I reply to him and he tells me to put my "QQ in this box" and to learn English. I'm not the one making excuses when I get fragged so who is the real QQer?
I can give examples all day about what I've gone through and my experience is absolutely nothing compared to what others have gone through over here on the forum.
Let's face it. If I could gas this community to death, I would do it without hesitation and no feelings of regret. And you kids with big egos and no skill to back it up can kick me and insult me all day. It's not going to make me quit. I'm used to your pathetic tactics now (it takes time to adjust to such a community. When I started playing this game more often it was almost a shock to me to encounter such players and this comes from a person who has been playing online games from about year 2000). -

He's saying that you won't get kicked as easily in a forumers room. And there's much logic in that because the ones on the forums aren't as easily offended by getting a death. (Well mostly aren't)
Polleus may be a new mod, but he's been here for awhile. So he must know SOMETHING about how the game was some months ago and how it is now.
And stop with the censore evade, its here for a reason. No need to have curse words in almost every sentence. -

They are the biggest Re****s ever, I see at least one everyday, like yesterday for example;
I'm doing escape a guy camped me twice in total (same spot), the first time he did this I didn't realise he was there nor did I had the inclination to look - why would I? The second time he got me again because I assumed he would have been killed/moved (hence my second death).
After this I got specifically to track him down and kill him, I head to the spot and HS him, the next thing I know he is crying like a baby "WALLER NOOB", "DISSIDENT HAKS HE KNEW WHERE I WAS".
I'm like "stfu you camping noob, you camp the same spot like a biitch ofc I knew you was there".
He goes "QQ more"
Sometime I wonder if this game is distributed in special education lessons/schools.
