Some incidents on the forums have gotten so severe that the forum team actually banned the player's in game accounts related to the IP as well, as well as the main account and alt account's forum accounts. I doubt it's hard to trace an IP using a proxy. What do you think the government and investigators do when they try to break a case that is proxy related?

The only way you're safe 100% is if you post from an internet cafe that doesn't have cameras anywhere.
