Graphic card
Alright, this is my computer
ew that turned out fugly. Here's a better pic:

Because I don't know anything about computers, I need you guys' help. I've been looking for a new graphics card to play cf and just general graphics...rendering...stuff and this one looks promising: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102874&cm_re=hd_5570-_-14-102-874-_-Product
I have a few questions however. Can I use a low profile card as this one with a "normal" size computer? If so, how much of an increase in performance could I expect, in both cf and general use, keeping in mind that I get mainly get around 10-25 fps(in cf) and can't watch 720p YT videos.

First of all, get a better screenshot uploader or save it in a good quality -.- -
As Day0 suggested, when you are in search of a graphics card for your computer, you must keep in mind whether or not it requires upgrades to other parts of your computer. Good point Day0. If it is not too much trouble, upload a better screenshot or copy and paste your computer's technical specifications here and I will have a look at it.

How do I find those out?
Consult the manufacturer of your PC as finding out the power supply wattage can be tricky by yourself.
Also, what motherboard do you have? This will determine whether you have PCI-E or just PCI slots. I'm willing to bet you have PCI-E though.
I honestly wouldn't recommend purchasing a new video card if you don't know these pieces of information. -

Agreed, in addition, if you do not know your computer well enough I suggest you get someone else to get the most suitable hardware for your system and have them install it rather than messing up an expensive graphics card because you did not know what the proper procedures were. Searching for and installing a graphics card is a lengthy process and I recommend you consult with an expert beforehand. -
Give this program a try and let me know about your computer's specifications.

Hmm, this is what I got. Tell me if you need any more information

Also, I seem to be missing a whole lot of microsoft security hotfixes, whatever they are, many of which are critical/important-and that doesn't sound very good. -
