Forum is not here to help you. Send a ticket and wait. Forumer and MODs don't know how to fix your problems GMs+ Z8 know how to fix it.

You wont get any help on forums.

on this one the community cant help you apart from to say 'send a support ticket'... its not a client error, it sounds like its a problem at z8's end so only GMs can help. send a ticket and be patient, replies are usually quite quick.
