Before sending a support ticket...

20 min ago I completed 1 zp offer (mobile) ok everything goes right and then I don't have my zp but... on "offer status" page it says that this survey is completed (green number) but I don't have zp, i'm wating for about 15-20 min now :/ should I w8?
