zp problems

basically, i changed the email of my 1rst account 2 make a 2nd acc. both has 0 zp @this point and still works fine.
so i went to my 2nd acc, did a lot of free zp offers.
but weirdly my 1rst acc got 3000+ zp , while my 2nd acc got 2000.
wth happened

  • It is possible you just did offers on your first account that you do not recall doing? There seems to be no real "problem" here, just human error. As it seems, you ended up doing surveys on both accounts and I believe your change in email has nothing to do with how much z8 points you earned on your accounts. I am sorry if this does not make any sense to you, but I am having a difficult time making out what you have just said. If I were you, I would send a support ticket if this is a real issue, the support staff would be more than happy to assist you. Thank you.
  • Some offers track ip. If u did them on 1 acc then it probly won't pay out on a 2nd

    Make sure to clearly state the question and the circumstances.

    Also, remember that we here have no bearing on the ZP reward delivered by the survey company. So make sure you tell support that you understand that and you are just trying to figure out why the ZP was put on another account.


    There may be nothing we can do about this though, depending on the timing, or outside factors that you're not making clear enough in your request or that are coming from the survey company. So just fair notice on that.
