Ultimate Game Card ZP not credited?
I purchased a $20.00 UGC, I followed instructions, got my ESN code, put it on the site on my account, etc. But I never got my 20k ZP. I also purchased a 20k GP + Hazmat nametag, entered that ESN code, and got the GP.. but a slight problem came up.
I only had 1k GP prior to these purchases. Obviously, the ZP one didn't go through, and I sent a ticket in with the confirmation email, anyone know what could have happened? But, I have 55k GP now. I spent 5k GP creating a clan, so, logically I should have 15k GP.. but it appears that something went wrong with my ZP purchase that turned it into GP?
Anyone know what happened? It's ****ing me off. I just got enough money to get some ZP and then something screwed up, and I can't find out what.

No, it used PlaySpan points. I can show you the transactions. The 20k ZP ws 1749 points, the 20k GP was 221. I had 251 following the 1749 purchase, and I used the 221 to purchase the GP item. -

Yeah same thing happened to me about 4 hours ago I bought 20k ZP and it turned into 40k gp + Hazard name tag and I have the purchase completion and ID Transaction saying I purchased the 20k ZP ... something must be wrong with PlaySpan and already filled a support ticket nothings happening -
