Moderator apps come out usually twice a year. You need to have an extensive knowledge of CrossFire, and how the community works.
Based on the fact you only have 3 posts, you'll need to spend alot more time here to actually get to know the community.
GMs wont pick just anyone to be a Mod, you're to have proven merit and worth. -

You mean 8k+
Yeah, the thing about the apps is, they don't necessarily look for a well written or nicely presented application. They're always looking for something different.
Just make sure you give them a good reason to pick you, and good luck
