Please help

I have purchased a package of items including the following : Win/Loss Kill/Death Reset and in game name change. i payed 7,500 Z P points for it, and i figured as soon as i logged in it would give me an option to click reset, or clear, my kills/deaths wins/losses but that it did not.
The same with the in game name change option, i figured it would give me the option as i logged in to choose a new username, and that it did not either. i have played this game since it was owned by uba[G]ames in December of 08, and i really enjoy this game, what is aggravating is the fact that Z P keeps disappearing, or that it says it has been awarded and has not been, or that it does not give any directions or information on the item how to use, or how to set it up. P-Please give me a reasonable answer and no insults from anyone, it does not help at all. Thank you.
