Incentive for being kicked.

As all of you know, being kicked from any match, for being skilled, is a pain in the ass. Therefore, I am proposing a new method that will help players being kicked from every match they play in.
For each time one gets kicked, s/he acquires 10 EXP and 10 GP.
For the second time one gets kicked, s/he acquires 20 EXP and 20 GP.
For the third time one gets kicked, s/he acquires 30 EXP and 30 GP.
The earnings of a kick will increase by intervals of 10, for each kick.
However, for every 10 matches one gets kicked in, s/he will obtain double the amount s/he obtained in the last kick. Ex: A person getting kicked in the 19th match will obtain 190 EXP and 190 GP, and on the 20th kick, that person will receive 380 EXP and 380 GP.
"But hackers can benefit from this"
Any player found to have background programs running while playing Cross Fire will automatically receive a permanent ban.

Well, that's Cross Fire for all of us. The meaning of Cross Fire is to be kicked!
  • Quit pubbing then.
Public Team Death Matches are the best source of EXP for me.
  • make friends, make a room, invite them, bout all you can do.
  • u deserve to get kick for pwning qqers n noobs.....

But the reason a hack works because the game CAN'T detect a backround program. And before you say that if crossfire isn't the only thing running it will ban you, then that will also fail. What about xfire and steam? Or maybe ventrilo? Hecks also self close themselves when after they change what needs to be changed in the game,

I like it, and regarding real hackers they get banned anyway so who cares what they get.

There is no downside to this proposal and it would actually make people not want to kick you as they would be helping you (unless you hack).

Delta is the most noobiest server that I have seen, I get kicked 90% less just by staying out that BR infested FDP server;)
  • This seems to be a good idea (except for the systematic ban)... As always, I hope this will get to the devs.

If it does I'm gonna earn lots of GP :D
  • Might as well just remove the kick vote then. The whole point of it is that you dont want to be kicked. =.="
  • good idea but ppl might use that as a way of farming, and hack.ers that get kiked also benefit from it, but then again, it's a good idea i approve :D
    +1

    same here.

I found that Echo server has a more pro level of players and a lower level of being kicked cuz uer pro. Echo is really how the delta server should be sadly <_<

but when u put +10% Gp on a server uer gunna get scrubs wanting more or better GP items bar none.

Echo-8 is the proist place i have found so far. its kinda low pop compaired to other servers but it makes up for it in skill and less ppl QQing and almost no BRs if they are in echo there pro 9 times out of 10 since they dont QQ much. unless there hack.ers and u dont see much of em there. when they show up they get kicked on the stop with 10 secs.

    Bad idea. Too easy to farm it. After 10 kicks (and if a bunch of guys create a room for themselves, 10 kicks doesn't take a very long time) a player get 10 + 20 + 30 + 40 + 50 + 60 + 70 + 80 + 90 + (90*2) = 630 XP and GP !
    After 20 kicks it becomes : 10 + 20 + 30 + 40 + 50 + 60 + 70 + 80 + 90 + (90*2) + 110 + 120 + 130 + 140 + 150 + 160 + 170 + 180 + 190 + (190*2) = 2360 XP and GP !!
And so one and so forth...

At the end of the kicking day, one can gain hugetastic amount of money and xp.

We have to deal directly with the kick function, either change it or remove it.

Today, I even got kicked for no apparent reason. After only 2 (winning) rounds in GM as a ghost, 2nd of my team with only 2-0, behind a good player with 8-1. Public chat was almost silent. No clanmates in both team to "control" the room. No one having anything to say against me.

I can understand getting kicked when you just killed 3-4 people (thanks to skill or out of luck), or when you killed someone using sound or other non visible clues (radar, LOGIC, knowledge of the map, etc.) but getting kicked for NOTHING is beyond my understanding.
I know some noobs randomly kick people, but for 10 F11 to be gathered, there has to be something, a suspicion, an earlier swearing, or whatever, something.

The kick function is a pure nuisance, just like hackers. It serves no purpose (like many already said, hackers hardly get kicked and they are suppose to be reported and banned anyway) and have no benefit.

    /end of rant
  • yeah but u get more for playing a whole game and the time it takes you to find one and play thru would be more profitable. i think the 10 exp and gp is more like a consolation prize lol!

Yea I agree, but the only way to stop ppl kicking you for no reason is to make them pay for it or in effect they are giving you something (which they won't want to do unless you are hacking).

Other than that they can only make kicking harder/improved.

Or just remove that piece of rubbish from the game it barely works.
  • to this idea I would say: "HELL NO" just because the damn Hackers would get rewarded.
  • Yea I agree, but the only way to stop ppl kicking you for no reason is to make them pay for it or in effect they are giving you something (which they won't want to do unless you are hacking).

In this case, why not make a "kicking fee". :)
Every time you cast a vote you lose 10 GP and if the guy that you try to kick is indeed kicked, you lose 10-20 more. If you don't have the money you obviously can't kick.

Probably never gonna happen so I'll stick to that :

An hackers account gets banned... Erm say that again....

Good idea, But noobs to be honest would have valid points to dismiss this idea, those being:

"Why should I pay to kick hakrs"

"What if I have no GP then I can't kik hakrs"

"How much would it cost to kik all these speeders"

I personally like the reward based system as it is a better solution but yea make em pay would help me, everything else is irrelevant
  • i get kicked half my games i think i should be able to keep my kd being kicked.
  • i say no to the backround because have u heard of xfire, vent, teamspeak, growler? and people like me like to keep itunes and internet to listen to
fix it up to be less vague = better
