The message wouldn't be the word "reply" only.

Unfortunately the public here has no indication of your banking records, or your friends banking information. There could be a security issue on a credit card, or an unconfirmed bank payment. Or it could simply be an international transaction that needs a day to process.

If you've sent a ticket in to http://support.z8games.com then they will reply to it either asking you for all the available information or giving you the necessary answer to get the problem solved.

Just be patient for the reply, it will come as soon as possible!

There is a good chance your friend was fibbing to you, and there is a chance he was true to his word yet probably sent it to the wrong account. Have you asked him if he gifted to the proper IGN?
