Opinions on the K2 as a Ghost Mode Gun?

I agree, I've used it and had pretty good success with it, it does require better aim than with some of the spray and pray guns (m12 and thompson come to mind) -
Loud, slow fire rate, slow reload rate. Its accuracy is good but the nature of GM means that you're pretty close to the people you want to kill so much of its accuracy is wasted. Overall it's a great gun and will do well in any mode but there are guns that are better suited for GM.

I hardly play GM on GR, mostly because I fail at pin pointing.
But in all honesty, I've found the AK to be a top notch gun against ghosts, despite it being incredibly loud.
The K2... I can't see it being one of the best since its fire rate does let it down. -
it honestly doesnt matter what gun you use in GM, use a gun you like and you'll be good...

You can be how experienced you want. If you got 7 AKs spraying around you, you won't pinpoint a breathdown'd ghost very well. -
After using the K2 for several days, I have come to the conclusion this gun is not for me. It's slow-ish firing rate/reload rate and the noise gets me into too many binds (have no sidearm) and I want to use a new gun.

I am in need of some suggestions for a low ranked gun that will help me out and will last me until I am ranked up high enough for guns like the XM8 ect. -

the K2's a great gun in any mode, especially S&D and TDM

i'm pretty good with it in GM too, but what i don't like about it is it's weight/power ratio

easiest way to use the K2 until you can learn how to strafe and shoot: stand still and take five-round bursts
Edit: from looking at the interest in the K2 and the lack of a decent guide on the gun, there'll be a new St0ner review up on the forums within the next couple of days
