Sound and fullscreen

alrighty i had to reinstall my OS after picking up an annoying virus about a month ago, ever since this my crossfire doesnt go fullscreen like its supposed to and all i can hear is "fire in the hole" and "headshot". tried a couple things including reinstalling the full game multiple times, anyone got a clue what i can do to fix? no sound kills the game in my oppinion

ehh i had that... was weird i relogged four or five times and the sound came back... if that doesnt work restart your comp...

make sure sound effects are enabled in game

if none of that works, best advice is to try reinstalling CF. you may need to redownload the CF client if it still doesnt work...

titius... stop and think... i said this is a problem ive had for over a month... the chances of me not having restarted the app multiple times in that space of time is pretty small, same with restarting my comp ( i turn it off every night). and i stated that i reinstalled multiple times ( redownloaded it 4 times -_-)... i appreciate the input but plz at least read it first
anyway thx all for the responses but seems like none know so guess ill either live with it or quit, will see
