My game runs really show

Hi, a few months ago, i played this game on 1024x780 resolution very smoothly with no problems. My ping was 20. Now, after a few months, i decided to replay the game but now i cant even play it smoothly on 800x600 resolution with all low settings. does anyone know why this happened? i didnt change any graphics card and scanned my computer for virus and none were found.
