I Need Help About My Account.

I have another account. But the hackers come in and change my passwords and do something about my original email. I log in my email its work and still have the mail from the z8games , but when i try to get the passwords back in the " forget password" but it say the email doesn't exist . So how can i get the passwords back ? I still have the security answers and passwords and the proof of the picture and the replay and the proof of all my transfer purchase from the rixty to the Z8games. And I send it to support but i didn't get the answer back . So Can you check for me please . Thanks for your time. So Can I change the email with the security password without login in game?
