Account hacked

My bro's account has been hacked. His name was Tony525(2nd lt). Im his bro ***_Ace_***(2nd lt). We know who hacked it but he wont give us the password back. The guy that hacked it was actosb. He doesnt have the email but we were hoping you could help us get it back. Just post it here or tell him in game. His new account is [Pro]notno0b. We really hope u can help us.
