Hi, I'm bad at this

Hey im looking for a team to scrim with and try to get better at this game.

I have only been playing this game for about 3 months so i still have a lot to learn but i need a team that i can practice with.

I have vent and a decent mic.

I am not looking for a giant 30-40 man clan just an active team with maybe 15-20 people at most and please don't be annoying 12 year olds =D.

Ping: 130-140 yes i know its bad
Hours Played Per Week: 10-15 would be more if i got on an active team
