xtrap unstable error

when i start a game, a xtrap window pops up and it says ' the access to xtrap patch server is unstable or x trap update wasn't able to run properly. Please restart the game' I turned off firewall and antivirus program. Restarted the pc but this error is not going off. HELP!

    i really don't know too i have that too i re downloaded the game and reinstalled it still not working
