No receive z8 points after purchased

I bought 20k zp on playspan with my UGC ,they sent me an email with ESN number ,I put it in "redeem code" in Deposit .....and the only thing i received is 50k gp & 1 hazard name card ....not even 1 zp ( i paid $17~ for it )
