Can't Login Into My Account!!!

A friend of my recently changed his password and now he can't login to his account.
When i try to get his pw by e-mail it says sorry this email is not in our database or something. Its something from Z8 or his account got hacked?
hacked? impossible. He knows his sqa so no one changed his e-mail. I want some1 to confirm its a problem with the crossfire database.

No, because he clearly gave away his account information.

You can look into that further with the support team. Though I doubt you will get anything done.
