Gaming mouse for crossfire?
Really, my budget is 20$, so what do you guys think of this?

My laptop doesn't have the balls for a gaming mouse to do much, but I need a mouse and I figured I might as well go for the gaming mouse, whenever I get a gaming rig It'll come in handy.

The mouse I have cuts out every time I move it in the wrong position, which is really annoying when I'm trying to snipe. It also just randomly flicks towards the sky or the ground if I move it too fast in a certain motion. Which is why I'm desperate for a mouse.
