control problems

hey,
got a strange problem.
when i play crossfire i can walk, fire, change weapon, reload... but i can't see the stats during the game, i can't jump and i can't crouch. got anybody an idea?
my computer: asus-g60j with win7

i have the same with you.. go to settings(not ingame) and press on jump and press space and to others too.. you must do this always when you come play CF.. i dont know how to fix the score board thingy.. i cant change the hotkey settings.

same at me, but thank you very much, because completely without jumping and crouching was more annoying
