Can't Log in my main account

hi guys since yesterday i noticed an issue on my main account trying to log into the game and the error says: IP already logged in ,and cannot access to test server
i asked a friend to check if my account is online and hes said no like all of my other friends and clan mates and even checked it myself with a second account and that main account of my wasn't on and i never hacked or something so i coul'd said i was banned or something

anyways thank you

if you were cheating on an alt account using the same IP you are using to play on your main account...then...how do i put it....bye bye main! oh, this actually is quite fitting.

yeah but the thing is i never ! hacked cheated or something not even on another account thats why im wondering why this i happening

XD that is the truth why shoul'd i lie XD >_< it`s not that i would cry when it get banned or so cuz i never purchased anything ;D but i never dne such things like hacking tahts the truth

well I think I know!

recently z8 is using a new anticheat programm; better said they use a keylogger that monitor what key u stroke...on the keyboard..so in that moment there is an autobann program that block ur account ...simple...
but I wonder..is this legit using the kaylogger??????????

Why don't you just reset your modem and get a new IP address, then try it?

i got the same problem here my friend but am blocked mayb so r u login in Z8 web page it shud tell u if ur bannd or blocked or something hope i helped ^^ with something

umm yea wrong they cant use keylogger dat invadeing ur stuff lookin in ur computer looking at stuff u keep pervt

If it is an IP issue you hopefully dont have a static IP (If you do It means You cant easly change your IP adress) and if you have a non static IP just restart your modem.

If it says "Unable to connect to test server" than you have been banned. FYI Z8games has a new system which will detect all hacks. You must of had a hack on while playing.

If you believe it wasn't a fair ban then feel free to send in a Support ticket.
