Lol calm it child, I was simply pointing out that all melee weapons in this game don't have to be 100% realistic and fit the time period (just like no one uses katanas anymore in any type of military or police setting). -

Wrong. The Chinese version released the Katana to show it's oriental origins, and it was released into our version..

I'm not doubting the origins, I know the Japanese used katanas. I'm saying that they don't use them in the military or police force anyomore. -

my only point is not every country handles things the same.i doubt he is an expert on what armed or police forces around the world can and use in their efforts.this is a game and who cares if we got shovels or katanas in it. a game remember not life

This is modern warfare FPS, using modern day weapons used police and military forces. No police or military force uses urban, improvised, medieval or fantasy weaponry.
If you want to suggest a new melee weapon, then follow the theme of the game. Suggest a baton or something.

omg u cant even post something without some know it all who obviously is so exp. in how the world's police and armed forces operate.let it go already.like its impossible for a police or military to use such a thing. japanese officers carried swords in ww2.whose to say if its not used somewhere in world.

Axes can be found on long-term surviving bags, they're tools to everything since butting branches/tress to downing a goddamm polar bear(JK), but you can find these in bags since the missions needs them, like the pickaxe, tht's used on mountains
