Exclusive server or channels for High ranks

I know that many people are complaining about kicking system(including me). Most Pro-Players get kicked when they reach 10 or more kills.Further more, I usually get kicked after a pinpoint or just a lucky shot. It is really hard to go over 10 or more kills in game BECAUSE OF THIS KICKING SYSTEM. ( especially in GM).
It seems that there are no other options for kicking system.(There are too much threads for it)

Therefore maybe we may have an exclusive server or 2-3 channels for high rank players
( SECOND LIEUTENANT or higher)--(326.725 exp or more)--( Golden bar or higher).

WHY more than 326k EXP?

Most people, have got less than 326k exp, know nothing about the game (pinpoint, bunny-hop,skills...) Thus, those players usually flanked by the rest "noob" teammates. So getting kicked is inevitable.

I always look for pro-players room but it is a HUGE time loss.
