How to find forum name with CF ID

I just joined a clan and was trying to find a way to message members through the forum. It looks like I cant do it since all I have is the in game name from the clan page and not the forum name if they are registered in the forum. Is there anyway to find there forum name like that? Or is the only way I can contact them "in game"?
