Disconnect from server exchanged coupons for me!

Hi, I wrote here some weeks ago for the same problem,that I still have.i wrote to Technical support,sent a ticket,I have been waiting for 7-8-9-10-15 days,never replied.Some weeks ago I bought 110k zp and spent them to have coupons ( and,obviously,on crates ).

I reached 80 coupons and i was near to exchange them with D.E.G.,whenc suddenly I see ' Disconnect from server ' . When I restart game,I saw 0 coupons,so I went in storage and I see Ak knife -.- .That wasn't the gun that I wanted 2 xD 100% sure,my m8 can tell you, I was dreaming from days a D.E.G. together the m4 gold :P

Now,I sent a ticket,opened a thread here...I think this is not right,we are paying to play with advantages,but i think that we desire 1) respect 2)speed in job ,because we permit to us and to other players to have more guns,maps,exc...

So,please, don't tell me ' send a ticket ' i have already done it - -' I want d.e.g,but i'll never play paying anymore if i'm not sure to have for what i pay.
