stoled acc..what now

hi will be sho-rt. someone stoled my friends acc.. and my friend registered at crossfire without his real mail.. he say it was something like "asdasgsdfakadfgd@hotmail.com"... so he knows security question & answer.. what should he do now to get his acc back..(i talked to thath guy in crossfire.. he tells he hacked acc :S )
