Mouse movements

I'm finding it impossible to snipe anymore when im scoped in i really struggle to move the crosshairs over anyone because when i try to make small movements that you need to make when sniping the crosshairs don't move smoothly they move in like blocks not smooth atall and sometimes it moves in the oposite direction that i moved the mouse in! What is the solution to this problem?
