Z8 games stole 44.95 from me and refuses to pay back

im pretty sure you charged me 5x tiems for 44.95
yes i sent a suppost ticket
yes i sent proof
yes this is annoying
stop being ****ing lazy and either send me 50k zp or send me back my 44.95
which you guys charged me 5 times for seriously no reason when i was trying to purchase only 10k
and no i wasnt sent the zp
a refund
or a email stating anyhting

Opening more threads on the issue will get you no where. The only people who can do anything are the ones who deal with the support tickets. If you have already contacted them you will need to wait for a reply.
Also, GMs and the support team do not work on the weekends. -
Really it isn't a Z8 issue at all. Its buddieshops or whatever you used to buy the ZP. Happened to me with Playspan once. Sent them an e-mail, got a response right away with a reference #. Took that email and reference number to my bank, and let them work it out. Got my money back in my account within 2 business days.

Btw, I know this because my mum and dad won 4 trials against their lawyer. Since their lawyer was going to prosecute against my mum.
This took over a period of 2 years though, and I'm glad that they won, otherwise we'd be broken and that meant no holiday for us

If you file under small claims at your local court house and if they dont show up or some one that represents them you will win .
represent your self and you will not need an attorney .
Not worth it for the $50 , but also not worth it for some one to have to travel accross the country or to hire thier own defense .
You would prob. win .
