What can i do about this?

Hey there, I got a question, I am getting kicked of the most matches in Crossfire, I have played shooters for over more then 12 years now, and my aim can't be better, im shooting everyone right away when it's in my screen, doh that's logical, but likely EVERYONE thinks Im hacking, You could see every replay of my account, you won't find any hack at all, what can i do about this? I like crossfire, but I just can't level propherly cause of the kicks all the time , Please reply , I'm looking forward for your reply, hopefully the answers will clear something up.
