well wot i tend to do is half compleate 2 missions and fully compleate the 3rd...
and i tend to fill it quick
without getting too many doubles triples ect lol

I cant get the C and the E and just fyi, I never won those 5 DEscope crates.
They started that Dog Tag thing and I never completed 1 time that god ***** sh!t.

So yes, this is seriously stupid. I have like 78634734 S, 894732482 F, 8239346 O etc..
But no C or E.

Dog tag for me = worthless sh!t ever done by z8games.

65 days... woah lol. I got so many crates since the "Dog tags" came out.

I usually get the Dog tags in 1-3 Weeks. The longest one took me 5 weeks to get

Anyways its not bug. If a GM/MOD reply they'll tell you to keep trying until you find it.

just stop doing S&D missions and play Ghost Mode, the dog tags aren't exactly random. They're more based on the type of mission done

It's just luck. You have a 1 and 9 chance of getting the last letter.

It's not rigged.
Try doing different missions and you're more likely to get the letter you want, at least that's what I've found. So instead of doing the second or third mission cos they're quicker, try doing the first one and you might get a different letter.

i sayd i don't get the "e" dog tag in the last 65 days when i succed to get all dog tags except this, if i think about, i don't see the "e" in the last 85 days

Not really, I got S 9 times in a row before completing first set, then got R 7 times and C 8 times before completing 2nd set, now took me 3 weeks to get the last letter S. Horrible system, not luck at all.
