When i am kicking someone i use a micro:

When being kicked i ALMOST always use this.....helps me most of the time

Most of you are complaining about people not kicking ha.ckers, yes that does happen but it's not always on purpose. I've denied kicks on real ha.ckers because there's NO WAY TO SPEC THEM and there's no way in fu.ck that I'm going to just accept that you noobs know what you're talking about when I get kicked 5 times a day. Getting a penalty for not kicking when 99% of the kick votes are bullsh.it is ret.arded. Not having your vote count if you don't vote is ret.arded also, all it does is save you the time of hitting stuff when you're in the middle of the game. If you're gonna do that pause the game like Dissident said and you'll get your votes but you'll also be fu.cking annoyed all the goddamn time by you little fu.cking idiots.

If you stopped kicking 100 legit people a day for every 1 ha.cker we wouldn't need to remove vote kick and people would trust the people when they do try to kick someone for ha.cking but that's not the case so REMOVE VOTE KICK.

So there these guys that just keep on clicking F12 when a team tries to kick a hacker and it becomes the most annoying thing in the world so i was thinking maybe there could be a light punishment for those guys or maybe remove the vote limiter, or both.
I dont even think this is possible but if it is someone should do something.

7) I think the best way to solve this is a killcam, which allows you so see how the opposing player killed you. I agree that when not voting, it automatically counts as an F12 is quite idiotic, if you don't vote, then your vote shouldn't even be counted.

I fixed that fu.cking mess for you.

1) It doesn't banish anyone, it displaces people and most of the time it's good players that are displaced and punished for playing well. Camping is a legit strat. Idlers are auto-kicked. Hackers shouldn't be kicked, they should be banned. Leave them in game enough to pi.ss everyone off so they're actually reported after the round. Or change the restrictions on leaving a game so you can leave without a detraction and not have to go into your CFR files and change TempReplay.rtp to report them.

4) That's true which kicking doesn't accomplish at all. I believe they did do blanket bans with the walk through walls hacks? Or did they gimp out and not go through with that? If they do permanently ban all of the hackers and it decreases the population significantly - isn't that a good thing?

6) Yes. Spec is spectate. Yes, it's obvious to see speed hackers but I don't hack and I get kicked from a lot of games for no good reason when they can't even spectate me to see what's going on. I had a guy pinging 500 in a game, he was porting around they tried to kick him for speed hacking. I said "I'll kick him but put flag the right thing, he's not hacking." People don't even understand the difference between that.

I doubt if they could spectate they would even know what they're looking at. Just because someone's getting headshots doesn't mean they're ha.cking. That could just be where they aim. Wall-walking is pretty obvious, box glitching is pretty obvious, 1-shot mutant kill is pretty obvious but there's no vote kick there anyways. Those people still don't get kicked all the time because people are ret.arded. When they should kick someone they often don't.

7) A killcam wouldn't do very much but it's not a bad thing to throw in. Most people don't vote because it's annoying when they're busy and it will default to what they want to vote for anyways which is F12 because most kick attempts are bullsh.it. Unless you know something's going on there's no reason to vote. Never in a million fu.cking years should they make a non-vote not count. It'd be worse than it is now and right now it's pretty fu.cking bad.

As it stands it should be removed. MM and FFA don't have a vote kick and I rarely see ha.ckers in those modes. I rarely see ha.ckers at all except on the nub servers.

So to combat ha.ckers: Play the high level servers. To combat ret.arded nubs with vote kick: Remove it from the high level servers.
