What is the penalty for hacking?
I heard z8 rarerly perma bans hackers and this makes me a little uncomfortable.
A hacker could just aswell hack my account, ZP, etc.
Its fun tho, if companies are strict with a game, it makes you wanna hack even more (I admit i hacked once at Nexon.)
but if companies are laid back about hackers, it makes you feel bad =/.
I really dont wanna pay anymore for ZP if i wake up to [Incorrect Password] when i want to play in the morning.
How safe am i and what is z8 games doing to hackers? you see them in almost every game

Why do i keep getting a disconnected from server error at some point in the day?
It happened like 18 times today, when i was gonna watch a replay, when i tried to start a FFA game, and it just randomly happened every now and then.
Kinda bugging me off.

Why is ZP so expansive in sweden by phone?
For 60 SEK ~ 9 Dollars we get 4685 ZP and in
USA you get 6329 ZP for 10 Dollars

They give to many chances to hackers in this game before IP banning.(They think by giving them, the hackers might learn, but they never do.)
The Disconnect errors are part of the game that will always be here.
In USA the Zp is about $8.99 for 10k Zp.

You are very safe against hackers just as long as you don't give them your info or download hacks or bad stuff that has key loggers in them.

By hackers they mean cheaters, there's almost no hack (except if you give away you ID and password)

i mean hardcore ones, and i dont dl stuff, and i dont give out info to anyone.

Account security is your own responsibility. If you're not sharing your account info, using third party programs with Crossfire, or participating in any other questionable activities, there is no way for a hacker to steal your account. All these things violate the ToS you agreed to when you signed up for CF. Therefore you have nothing to worry about, right?

As for the duration of bans, all bans for hacking are permanent. Bans for harassment and other offenses are usually temporary, based on the severity of the offense.

You get permanent banned if you get caught the 2nd time, 1st time they just lock your account. That's excluding all the easy ways to get around the "IP ban" in this game.

So, here's the thing; hackers rarely get caught once, right? so just think about how long it takes 'til they get caught for the second time.

Here's an example, I have scrimmed many hacking clans those including SNYPERS, sent replays and screenshots of them saying and admitting two of their members were hacking on a 4v4 match with obvious one-shot-kills killing with shotguns from a miles away. You would expect a permanent ban, am I right? nuh-uh

Let's say they'll get banned in the next uhhhhh... 3 months? hopefully. They're just gonna' make a new account and be back at it, that means 3 more months have to go by for them to get a perma-ban and that's if they get caught again. That's the reason so many people hack.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you decided to play a free-2-play game in the first place, don't expect much out of it.

P.S: Get used to the hacking or quit. MODS will bull**** you all day, everyday.

Who said the reports were even looked at?

They are probably in the reports file [the team gets over 400 reports daily].
