Zp and AWM RD bug

I tried to send a PM to the admin but he have the PM box full .-.

I sent a Ticket for changing Email+Sec Answer 9 Days Ago and no answer.
Yesterday i've encountered a Bug that 10K of my Z8Points disappeared.And when i won an AWM Red Dragon it doesn't appeared in my Storage,even not in the page "My Profile"
now,i know that maybe the AWM RD can't be put in my account because T&C says that items cannot be turned in Zp,but i hope so because it was by a bug that the AWM + 10K Zp disappeared.If you need i have a screenshot of my winning (not took by internet)

Sorry for eventual grammar errors,but i'm italian,so i don't speak english very well

Well... there's not much we can do on the forums. Just send the screen shot of you winning AWM and take a screen shot of the ZP Log on "My Profile" to show Z8 that you bought 10k ZP. Send all proof to Z8 they should be able to help you there.

i have already sent the ZP bug to the Support,but it is tooo slow.
I don't have a screen when i had 42K Zp,but i have a screen now,that i have less than 34K Zp,without buying anything.
Also,i have the screenshot of the winning.
Also i was on xfire,so i can call my clan to testimoniate
Ps: the account wasn't stealed,it's just that i don't remember my email login ID,i need to change it XD

i sent all the proof to the support,but don't recevied any answer.
9 days for a change email ticket and 3 days for a bug in wich I lost 10K ZP and an AWM RD is too weird .-.

I sent the ticket on Friday afternoon.
Escluding Saturday and sunday i'll wait until next monday
and if my AWM&Zp are back,i will donate my account and the Z8Fails don't receive any other money from my clan
the server was UK2 the laggy day .-.
and you need proof for ZP missing?
