In-Game replay sending

Well, as you can see in the title, i'm gonna suggest the famous "in-game report" that offers:
-Easy and quick way to send replays for analisys and maybe ban
-you won't have to be all laggy while reporting without quitting CF
-You won't have to quit CF to report

Separation system included, wich features:
-Reports being separated by ign and time when the replay was tanken
-similar replays from 2 or more players will be automatically deleted, but, both reports will count in the ban.
