If you have a gaming mouse theres a good chance you need to turn your polling rate down a notch.

I have a deathadder and a kabuto gaming pad and i notice this happens quite a bit. The polling rate is only 500 but maybe i should turn it down. Kinda ticks me off when im on a guys head then it s**** or stutters.

i have a razer imperater and i turned the polling rate down to 125 and now i can barley notice it, its still there you can tell but you can move it slowly with out it ****ing up on you

one solution is to lower down ur mouse sensitivity in windows not on the game.
