Freeze game for vote kicks
I think the game should be froze when a vote kick comes up because quite often your playing and miss the vote kick or simply don't have time to vote due to playing or time restrictions (match is about to end and the scores are close).
We all know kick voting is the most important part of the game so why not? This would allow everyone to be involved in the kick voting and if there are certain annoying people kicking people for no reason I'm sure then people would want them removed from the game.
Seems to work both ways IMO for the best.

the game would go on for so long and be so boring stopping every few seconds.
But for a good reason to remove hackers.....
And being as kick votes will be boring and annoying then people will lay off kick voting until it is required. -
This has its ups and its downs.
What they should do is freeze it for 5 or 10 seconds and bring up a little menu saying
"Vote kick in progess...

Another good thing that should've been fixed a long fu.cking time ago. Put a wait time of like 5 or 10 minutes on a room rejoin after an exit. -

Say your about to kill someone, the other person turns around to face you but its too late you are about to open fire...then the game freezes. Now your foe can prepare for when the game unfreezes and can possibly react quicker and take you down... This will throw alot of peoples timings off and can possibly cost rounds so i say no.
