1. "Rounds that hacking occurred" - Errr....what? This "required field" is hard to do ingame (counting rounds) and determined. What do I put here?

2. How can I attach multiple replays? If I can't, do I submit multiple tickets?

3. Does it work?

    Just put like 5 and then put All Game under it.

    Yes, you can submit multiple reports using New Web Form.
