Account stolen- Need help recovering.

My account has been stolen, and I need help acquiring the Transaction ID.
because I am a complete idiot, I have forgotten my Sec Question and register email... Mainly due to the fact that it used to be my alt account before I made it my main, so I didn't really prioritize having a correct Sec question or being able to remember my email.

So, the transaction ID.

I have bought ZP before using my dad's American Express card. We went on the american express website and logged in. We found his online bank statement but could not find a transaction ID. He has deleted the email he received about the transaction, so that is not an option. Does anyone know how I could get the transaction ID?

My account's IGN was *HybriD__, and the person that stole my account was [Dead]123, however he was scammed too.... So [Dead]123 is not the owner. Whoever scammed my and [Dead]123 has sold my account to someone. My account and dead's is in a clan called [Loyalty]. My account is 2nd LT first bar, and I've spent about 100 $ on it or so... So obviously I'm not giving it up without a fight.

So yeah, please help me I guess :/

    My account is hacked also 1 week ago,
    i am stupid also, when i made my account i just typed a e mail, i dont remember what ive typed, i used 3 methotes to pay ZP
    WIth wallie card, phone and sms,
    i Know my IP aderess and securty password and all passwords ive used,
    how can i recover, ive asked a lot of mods they wont answer me
    ive made a ticket but z8games wont answer
