My support ticket reply

I made a support ticket like 4 days ago because my primary account has been hacked and it seems i did not get a reply..what do u suggest i do??the hacker is playing around with my account and no one carres...can a gm tell me how much i need to wait???and for the ones who say that i can get it from my email it seems that the hacker changed the email too...i did not reveil password or the security question and somehow he cracked it...please solve this problem.ty
