For one, rank doesn't matter, therefore whether they're a trainee or a major is irrelevant, it could just be someones alt account. Second, there's what, 2-3 BRs per every 2-3 games, it's not that bad. Just kick the ones that don't even know how to play and you're good to go.

Echo 8 pubs don't make you good.
We used the channel for scrimming other teams and to avoide the mass problems that clan server has.
