Hacked account

One of my other accs got hacked a while about and im trying to get it back for the tenth time now
i did a support ticket under crossfire>account
then i selected lost password and filled out the info i did my ip and security answer
i had bought zp on it but cant get any transaction id's

and the reply i got is there is no answer for this question

what i do?
