Server is full please move to another server

From yesterday in uk server 1 when i try or wait to start game i receive the message server is
full (of hackers? lol) please move to another server. But server is not full. What happened. Servers crashed or hacked.
Take a look on this problem and do something about hackers cause i beleive that dont do
anything cause you said us to report and personally i make before 2 weeks several reports
for obvious hacking as speed and no one open the reports and i saw the same guys play again.
